Meet Kevin Picklesimer, the owner and lead home inspector at Home Inspector Wilmington. Raised in Wilmington, North Carolina during the 1980s, Kevin has deep roots in the local community. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, he has developed the skills necessary to efficiently run and grow a successful business.

Kevin’s commitment to his work is reflected in his North Carolina General Building Contractor License & Home Inspector License, which speaks to his dedication to upholding the highest standards of professionalism in the home inspection industry. However, Kevin’s greatest passion lies with his family. As a devoted husband and father of two, he cherishes every moment spent with his loved ones.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys exploring new places with his family and trying out new water sports. He is an avid reader and enjoys learning about new technologies and advancements in the home inspection industry.
